LS Ⅱ type screw conveyor
Overview
LS Ⅱ screw conveyor is the upgrading of LS screw conveyor products, design and manufacture in line with the JBT679-95 "screw conveyor" standard.
LS Ⅱ screw conveyor absorbs foreign advanced technology, and makes great improvement on the structure of the intermediate hanging bearing and the material of the bearing. Chilled cast iron is used as the main material for hanging bearings. Chilled cast iron has good wear resistance and generally does not need lubrication. The maximum working temperature can reach 260 ℃. It is especially suitable for conveying cement, pulverized coal, hydrated lime, slag and other grinding materials.
LS Ⅱ screw conveyor has novel and reasonable structure, advanced technical indicators, good sealing performance, strong applicability, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible layout of inlet and outlet. Widely used in building materials, electric power, chemical metallurgy, coal and other industries; suitable for horizontal or less than 20 ° inclination, conveying powder and small block materials.
Screw conveyor is not easy to transport perishable, viscous, easy to knot block materials.
LSⅡ screw conveyor has ten specifications in diameter from 100mm to 1000mm, length from 4m to 70m, and one gear per 0.5m.
LSI type screw conveyor drive mode is divided into two kinds:
C1 manufacturing method: when the screw machine is less than 35m, single-end drive;
C2 method: screw machine is greater than 35m, double-end drive.
